Location not far from the park, the funicular railway up to Alto and Montecatini Terme itself. Well-kept and large rooms in this small hotel...

Excellent staff assistance with late arrival, location in peaceful residential area near main park, good central location for Tuscany, comfortable room with stunning view, delicious breakfast with real espresso, easy access to downtown and funicular.

Front desk staff were very helpful and responsive. Parking is proximal and good.
Definitely a three star maximum, more likely two star. We had an expensive room and it was mediocre at best. Supplies were inferior, staff left room door open. Breakfast is minimal. Hotel is overpriced. There are minimal spa facilities and they are expensive.

The junior suite is perfect with a small kid, nice view from the terrace, decent breakfast and friendly staff.
Noisy people next door, but it's not Michelangelo's fault:)

Neat and cheap units with tea/coffee, wonderful views, as example, and the staff were amicable. The hotel's location was excellent, right by the funicular railway up to Alto, other sights and town and a restaurant or bar...

The pool area was amazing, lots of sunbeds in a calm and peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect spot for relaxation. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of foods to choose from. the staff was super friendly and polite, making us feel welcomed from the very first moment. The location was also fantastic, as it was walking distance from the city center and the main attractions.
The air-conditioning in the room was not very efficient, making the room a bit stuffy. the shampoo and conditioner provided were not of great quality, and we ended up purchasing our own at a local store.

During our New Year break at this hotel, we appreciated the comfortable rooms with a lovely view from our balcony. the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. we enjoyed the delicious food served in the dining room. We also liked the fact that the hotel was conveniently located near key attractions, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surrounding area.
There were a few aspects that we feel could have been improved. the room could have been cleaner, as we found some dust and an empty shampoo bottle.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area in the outskirts of the town, but still within walking distance to the city centre. You can easily access the Montecatini Alto by the funicular, which is located nearby. the rooms are well-decorated with tasteful furniture and paintings, providing a comfortable stay. the breakfast has an excellent selection of food, along with amazing coffee. the staff is kind, friendly and always ready to provide suggestions.
One complaint about the hotel is the lack of air conditioning in the gym.
